SFI Webs slow down & Crash

Hello Everyone:
Have you been booted off A SFI site page due to a crash on their server also known as "DNS" ??
Okay; it is summer, computers and servers do not like extreme heat. Many additional users are online trying to beat the heat, and Large bandwidth consumption by users with video up and downloads causes interruptions is but one example.

SFI has a mammoth task with a million users plus the data base on Triple Clicks. ( Now that is a complex site)
I am sympathetic as a programmer of simple websites ( not that 30 pages is simple)

The time outs, lock-ups during a bidding war on triple clicks auctions is very costly, both in time and loss of Tcredits.
I haven't been back to and auction in a week!
Yesterday, 8-10-2011 I had trouble accessing SFI servers.. I never did complete the simple daily “To Do List”

No, it isn't me!
I am running four computers here on Cox High speed DSL all hard wired.
